In 2018 Del joined the management team at Wytes and White & Co and is now the Business Development Manager and the Head of Recruitment & Training for the Wytes and White & Co practices as well as the Dental Academy.

With a wealth of experience Del is an accomplished Training and Business Development professional who designs and delivers high‑impact learning programmes while driving strategic growth opportunities. Skilled in developing people, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new revenue channels to support long‑term business success.

Besides the love Del has for her professional life, she enjoys socialising and spending plenty of time with her family and friends outside of her working life. Whether it be cooking, travelling or even a throwback to her previous fashion job experience, she likes to make the most of each and every day.
